56. Ribbon Worm

Ribbon worms are flat and ribbon shaped. They exceed by far any other worm in length.

The Boot lace worm is a type of ribbon worm which lives around the British Coast, can grow up to 16.5 feet

in length. A specimen washed ashore in Scotland in 1864, measured a stunning 180 feet in length-making it

the longest worm and the longest animal ever found!
